At registration you must honestly choose a private, self-employed/professional or business profile. A professional acting for their trade may have trader obligations toward consumers regardless of the profile label.
You are responsible for legality, accuracy, rights to images and text, truthful pricing and safe contact details. Fraud, discrimination, harassment, spam, unsafe or illegal goods and misleading professional claims are prohibited.
SHO TAM may review, request changes, limit visibility, reject, suspend or remove content and accounts. Users will receive a clear reason and appeal channel where applicable.
SHO TAM provides discovery and contact tools but is not a party to most user-to-user transactions. Verify identity, qualifications, goods, accommodation and terms before paying or meeting.
Payment covers access to the relevant feature and supports moderation. It does not guarantee approval, ranking, views, customers, a sale or any other outcome.
